- Code Usage: Snippets explicitly marked as "Open Source" are governed by the MIT License. All other underlying infrastructure code is proprietary and closed-source.

We accept zero liability for data loss, system incompatibility, or damages resulting from the use of our experimental software or engineering tools if any, However, we encourage sending us feedback at technical@odhiambobrian.dev and this house will look into it as a matter of priority. Users assume full responsibility for any outcomes arising from their interactions with our systems.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Kenya. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi/Kiambu County.
